Our Socktober donation drive runs October 1–29, and we need your help!

It’s officially SOCKTOBER! This month, we’re collecting NEW, UNUSED SOCKS to donate to people in need in our community.
Last year, our Faylane families donated an amazing 767 pairs of socks, and we would love to see what we can accomplish together this year!
How Can You Help?
We need your help getting the word out to our families. There’s no one right way—just help spread the word!
Please consider:
- Post the Socktober information on ParentSquare to remind your families.
- Talk to parents as you see them during arrival, dismissal, conferences, or throughout the school day.
- Remind your students to bring in new, unused socks.
- Share the information in whatever way works best for you.
Students can bring socks directly to their you or drop them in the “Sock Monster” in the front office. (If you need a box I have a few in my office, but I'm still scrounging for boxes for everyone). FLIGHT Crew will be collecting socks every Friday (except our final collection which is on Thursday, Oct 29th ).
