TK/Kindergarten Enrollment Begins Wednesday, February 5

Go to the Garden Grove Unified School District Website: ggusd.us

1. Click on the PARENT tab
2. Click on PRE-ENROLL MY CHILD
3. Complete the form, save, gather the proper documents and call the school office for an appointment. 714-663-6253

After pre-enrolling online, enrollment WILL NOT be complete until we receive these items:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records (See below for requirements)
• Proof of Residency/Address Verification
• Email Address (yahoo, gmail, etc.)

Address Verification Documents:
Correspondence from Social Services/Government Agency, deed to home, mortgage/escrow paperwork, property tax bill, tax return or two of the following: Auto insurance, cable bill, CA driver’s license, utility bill (MUST be in parent’s name).
Age Verification Documents:
Certified copy of birth certificate, baptismal certificate duly attested, passport, immigration visa
Immunization Requirements:
4 doses polio, 5 doses DTaP, 2 doses MMR, 3 doses Hepatitis B, 2 dose Varicella (chickenpox)
